Jack and Rafael first came to us with a clear goal: to remove a wall in the second bedroom of their Venetian Islands condo, and integrate the space with the living room. They were also craving a re-fresh of the space—something that felt elevated, refined, and maybe a little unexpected.

With sweeping views of Biscayne Bay and the glittering Miami skyline, the condo offered the perfect canvas for transformation. The original layout felt compartmentalized, even without the dividing wall. We set out to weave the living room, dining area, and guest bedroom into one cohesive, multifunctional environment—elegant by day, effortlessly intimate by night.

There's so many different dimensions to all these different spaces, whether the dining room, living room, the den, the way that it all comes together… Where we've ended up is so far beyond where we started, it's still kind of amazing.
